  NZ Earthquake Update

  we're still gettin kicked up the ass down here by some punchy aftershocks .

  i didn't want to read to much before putting up my story.

  some time in the late 80's i heard from my parents that my brother now a jw.

  my family had been through some ups and downs so it wasn't that big a suprise.

  theres a scripture much touted by the jw's, goes somthing like " who has not lost brothers, sisters etc and not got tons more etc" ... no i ain't going to bother to look it up.. this was always offered as a great compensation for upsetting your family with your extreme jw beliefs.

  but i never found it to be true.

  yeah you went to the meetings and your so called spritual family was there.

  I lost my family when I left. And as for my friends now, they like me not a JW clone. Did you ever notice that you had no personal value as a witness Only what the Org gave you Didn't matter how talented or successful you were in life

  Jehovah's Witnesses Are NOT Under Mind Control

  how would you respond to the assertion that 7.2 million members of the jehovah's witness religion are not under any sort of mind control?.

  the argument being that every one is responsible for their own actions and cannot blame the indoctrinator for what he says and does.

  how could they possibly be under mind control?.

  i have been living in china for several years now and my only fear was that one day, i would need to use one of their squat toilets.

  i cant squat that close to the ground but the chinese can with their feet flat on the ground and without raising their heels .

  so the day finally came when for several weeks i was forced to use one.

  You only need to consider the desire to cease being a JW . . . the implications are enormous . . . huge, especially for those with family members similarly controlled

  So true They hold your family as hostages when you reject their authority
